James Duncan, Office Manager
James joined the Rockley Family Foundation in 2014. He has owned and operated his own business and has a Masters in Business Administration degree. James has been responsible for streamlining the operational tasks and maintaining efficiency in the office. James states; “Tobin brought me on with the foundation and gave me unprecedented access to improve what I thought needed reorganizing. Since then I have been blessed to work with dozens of talented people who, like myself, feel that music and music education need to be more of a focus in today’s society.”
