Strathmore 2023 Piano and Digital Piano Sale

Strathmore is pleased to partner again with the Rockley Family Foundation – a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting music education – to make pianos, digital pianos, and violins available for public purchase. These nearly new instruments will be on display at the Music Center at Strathmore Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, September 7-9, 2023. This special event perpetuates a valuable opportunity for you to acquire the instrument of your dreams and important financial support for Strathmore’s Bloom education initiatives, including our annual free Student Concerts that introduce more than 26,000 children each year to the wonder of live performance in the Concert Hall.

The event will feature a large selection of grands, baby grands, digital player grands, vertical (upright) pianos, digital pianos, violins, violas, and cellos from such famous makers as Yamaha, Bösendorfer, Cristofori, Roland, Stravari Fine Violins, and other instrument manufacturers, with a discrete selection of used Steinway & Sons pianos. Most instruments are less than a year old, include a new factory warranty, and are tuned and ready to be played. Delivery and technical services will be provided by Jordan Kitts Music and special no-interest financing is available on site. Moreover, in most cases, a portion of your purchase may be considered a charitable contribution to the Rockley Family Foundation and may be tax deductible. (Please consult with your own tax adviser as to the individual deductibility of any contribution).

  1. This letter gives you the opportunity to attend this private sale on Thursday, September 7, Friday, September 8, and Saturday, September 9 and to purchase with priority in selection and with price reductions. Like last year, with patrons’ comfort in mind, all inquiries and sales will be conducted by appointment only.
